Mayoral Candidates to Address Youth Concerns in Citywide Youth-Led Forum

WHAT:: Young people will engage directly with mayoral candidates and push for answers and solutions on the issues they care about most—from housing, education, and public safety to job access, child welfare, and mental health. This virtual event is an excellent opportunity for student news outlets to directly report on each candidate’s plan to prioritize and support issues affecting the youth if they are elected. Attending this event will also introduce student journalists to the city's political landscape and the varying issues that young New Yorkers want solved.
