Journalism for All

A citywide initiative to bring journalism programs to every New York City public high school, starting with 30 schools by the end of 2025.

Schools will be supported with a comprehensive journalism curriculum and paid teacher training from experts at the Craig Newmark Graduate School of Journalism at CUNY, resources to build and sustain a digital student news outlet, and connections to local nonprofits and newsrooms that offer mentorship and student internship opportunities.
